About The Opportunity In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all short-term rental properties. Some of your responsibilities will include: Arranging and overseeing housekeeping services to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Managing a team, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Creating and managing staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage throughout the property. Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of short-term rental properties, responding promptly to guest needs and inquiries. Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in property management or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff. Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. You will also have: Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
