For over 40 years, Rylock has locally designed and manufactured premium, high performance Aluminium Windows and Doors for Australian conditions. We invest in our team and pride ourselves on being market leaders in both product and customer service. About the Role You will be the face of Rylock and the keystone to our Showroom . A high level of presentation is required as you will be the primary position for incoming consumer leads. The role is strongly weighted towards assisting clients within their sales journey from start to finish, offering a personalised solution to their residential vision. This is an all-rounder position as you will also be supporting our Sales Team and other Administrators in their day-to-day duties , as directed by the Sales Manager. This is a permanent Full-time position with 5 consecutive working days, including Saturdays . Key Responsibilities will include: Product Presentation and Demonstration to Incoming Customers Answer Incoming Calls and Emails in a Timely Manner Quoting and Presenting to Prospective Customers Processing Sales Orders and General Administration Maintain Showroom Stock Maintenance and Presentation Working towards KPI’s to ensure the Company Objective is Achieved All further duties as delegated by the Sales Manager Strong Communication with other Key Stakeholders Assisting and Supporting the Sale Consultants in their duties, as required The Ideal Candidate You will be a motivated and positive individual with a bubbly personality . You’ll be a team player who can adapt to your environment, has excellent administration skills and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, approach customers and go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience. You should possess a good aptitude for understanding technical products, be highly organised and able to follow instruction while also using your initiative to help improve the overall processes. Skills and Experience required: Excellent technical aptitude Ability to problem solve complex product specifications Strong Communication Skills Professional Phone and Customer Service manner Able to make decisions from an objective perspective Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred This is a long-term position for someone who is committed to a future within Rylock. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent training program to ensure success within the role. A Salary Package of $100K (Inc. Super) is on offer.
