We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Showroom Sales Manager to lead our beautiful Paddington showroom and immerse clients in the world of Utopia Goods. Work with a globally recognised luxury textile brand Be part of an exciting growth phase with expanding international reach Engage with high-end clientele, architects, and designers Work in a creative and inspiring environment surrounded by exquisite fabrics and furnishings Enjoy a diverse role that blends retail sales, showroom management, and bespoke project specifications Your Role & Responsibilities: Deliver a premium customer experience in the showroom, via phone and online Lead showroom sales & project specifications for bespoke fabric and furniture orders Expand and nurture client relationships across retail, trade, and international markets Manage sales transactions & inventory systems efficiently (POS, Shopify, Unleashed) Maintain a beautifully curated showroom that inspires creativity and sales Provide expert guidance on textiles, interiors, and product selections Oversee showroom logistics including stock management, deliveries, and international orders Who You Are: A retail or showroom sales professional with 4-5 years of experience in luxury goods, interiors, or design Passionate about textiles, interiors, and customer experience Sales-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets and nurturing client relationships Highly organised with an eye for detail – you thrive in a fast-paced, design-focused environment Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems (Shopify & Unleashed experience a plus) Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills A self-starter with initiative who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team Available to work five days a week, including occasional Saturdays (1-2 per month) Ready to Join Us?
