UGL are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team supporting a maintenance project. This will be a casual role with an expected 6-month duration commencing ASAP. You will be working a DIDO 5/2 roster on site in Pinjarra. Key Responsibilities: Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports Assisting Site and Project Managers in all administration duties Assist with Project Team with administrative requirements. Compile and input daily timesheet data About you: 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. Experience using systems such as Enable, MyPass, Workflow etc. Previous experience with timesheet input. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Previous experience with Payroll. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.
