You will assist Site Construction Teams and manage Subcontractors. Head Office: Echuca Duties include: Ensuring work sites are operated safely Motivate, lead and develop staff Management of Subcontractors Ensure Project QA/OHS documentation is implemented and maintained Budgets are managed. About You: We are looking for a Project Management professional who can combine excellent organisational, program management and delivery skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop the team reporting to you. Ideally, you should also have: Minimum 3-5 years Civil Construction Experience Experience with delivering road construction, civil infrastructure works Programming and planning works with MS Project and MS Office programs. A competitive starting salary plus a fully maintained work vehicle. In addition to RECivil, there is also the opportunity to work with a related business in asphalt production and spray seal (Rich River Asphalt). You will be involved with asphalt production, spray seal and asphalt placement/laying.
