Job Description

As a Site Foreman / Site Manager (commercial plastering experience required), you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Duties/ Responsibilities: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards Manage and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budget Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure materials are on-site according to the construction schedule for timely project completion Communicate effectively with builders and subcontractor groups Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to achieve excellent work quality Qualifications and Experience: Excellent organizational and communication skills. A minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor on commercial projects , specializing in plastering and external cladding Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Knowledge of OH&S and other relevant legislative requirements. Highly proficient in the reading and implementation of architectural plans.
