Job Description
Seeking a hands-on site foreman/supervisor to join an ever-growing earthworks company in the construction and foundation industry specializing in deep excavation, piling, shoring wall systems, retaining walls, and the likes. This role will provide an excellent stepping stone to practicality and first-hand experience in the world of construction for foundation works in piling, anchoring, shotcreting, and excavation. To be considered, applicants must have: On-site experience for at least 1 year Ability to read and understand plans Knowledge in rotating laser and ability to take levels and heights Strong leadership and organizational qualities Good communication and interpersonal skills WH&S aware and competent JOB DUTIES: Manage construction sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes. Ensure project completion within budget and deadlines while maintaining work quality and standards.
