Site Manager $15m New Build in Southern Highlands Mittagong Bowral area. Site Manager wanted for a $15m New Build Multi Storey Retail / Office Block / Apartment complex in Town Centre, Southern Highlands area. Start ASAP. Newly Secured Contract - Start ASAP - Permanent Preferred. Prefer someone living in or moving to The Southern Highlands. Our client is a well-known Tier Two Commercial Construction Company who undertake a range of work across NSW, ACT and SA – in Education, Health, Hospitality, Retail, Insurance reinstatement works etc. They have secured a new project from an existing client in the Southern Highlands of NSW. It’s a $15m Multi Storey New Build / High Rise structure with retail units on the ground floor and Offices or Apartments overhead - based in the Town centre. As a result, we are now looking for an experienced Site Manager who can deliver this project within Time, Cost and Quality. The project has already commenced and will run for twelve months or so. Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the person we are looking for will have: Unrestricted work rights in Australia. At least FIVE years’ experience in Australia undertaking similar projects. An outstanding Safety record. Experience on projects – as a Site Manager – on sites with restricted / difficult access is essential. Up to date computer skills on Hammertech / Procure etc. A Current First Aid certificate. Trade Qualifications – preferably carpentry or full builder’s licence. Checkable References. A calm and accommodating persona. Ability to obtain clean police check essential. Interested?
