Job Description
This builder is well known for delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects up to $30m and has a strong senior management team in place. It's a fun and enjoyable place to work, and they have some great projects coming up with repeat clients; most of them are negotiated. Initially, it would be to run a $30m Industrial project in the Eastern Suburbs, with most of the work being in the east. Key accountabilities will include: Supervise and manage the project through to completion. Regular project reporting on time, cost, and quality. Work closely with subcontractors to drive the programme. Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors. Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase. Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems. About You: Experience of delivering projects in excess of $10m in an SM role from start to finish. Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment. Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes.
