Earn up to $160k + Super | DOE Lead a Major Refurbishment with Structural Upgrades Immediate Start | Respected WA Contractor TEN Recruitment is working with a highly regarded WA contractor to find an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of a $70M refurbishment project . Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations , keeping the project on schedule and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain quality standards. Ensure strict compliance with WHS regulations and workplace safety policies . Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections . Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project progress. Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager and key stakeholders. Maintain accurate site documentation and records . What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on large-scale refurbishment projects. Strong understanding of structural works, refurbishment processes, and commercial construction . Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage complex projects efficiently. Clear and professional communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and teams. Solid knowledge of WHS standards and industry regulations .
