About the company Join a growing luxury residential and commercial builder based in the beautiful Byron Bay region with offices also located in Sydney. Delivery projects valued up to $15M across the Commercial/Industrial and luxury residential market. Being boutique, this builder has time to invest in people. Senior Management is still very hands-on and provides clear career paths. The Position You will firstly start on a 14 Townhouse Development in Yamba worth $11M which has a very reasonable programme of approx. 80 weeks. You will work closely with the project team ensuring project milestones are hit and safety, quality, and programme are adhered to. You will receive support from a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and senior leaders as required. You will work with loyal local subbies that are known, trusted, and paid on time. You will work a 5-day week. Experience in the development of Townhouses is essential; however, in the future, you could be given an opportunity to work across commercial or industrial projects. Salary will depend on the level of experience you bring; however, figures of $150K - $170K can be expected. Background / Experience Trade qualifications with additional tertiary building certifications are highly desirable. Proven track record of independently managing projects exceeding $5M as a Site Manager. Strong ability to foster relationships, effectively manage personnel, and work collaboratively within a team. Exceptional technical, planning, and programming skills. Comprehensive understanding of logistical planning for commercial townhouse developments. Proficient in safety management and company system compliance. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
