Are you an experienced Site Manager with a knack for delivering top-quality commercial and industrial projects? As they continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and lead the charge on exciting new projects. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing day-to-day site operations on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Leading a team of skilled subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards. Keeping projects on track by managing timelines and budgets, delivering on time and within budget. Ensuring health and safety standards are met and fostering a safety-first culture on-site. Tackling problems head-on and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain clear communication and keep everyone on the same page. What We're Looking For: Solid experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects in Australia. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Tilt panel experience is a must. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality work. A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple tasks at once.
