This company is an accredited, award-winning commercial builder with 30 years of industry experience in Perth. They work on a variety of commercial fit-out, new build, and refurbishment projects valued up to $50 million dollars.Due to their continued success in the open tender market, there is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a multi-level fit-out and refurbishment project in the CBD, valued at $35m.As the Site Manager , you will be responsible for: Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule Developing and maintaining great rapport with site teams and stakeholders Working closely with the Project Manager to manage the construction program Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site To be considered for the position of Site Manager , you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager working for a Head Contractor within the commercial fit-out and refurbishment space. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a Trade Background Drive and focus for career progression Broad knowledge of OH&S Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines Procore experience is a plus What's in it for you?
