Qualifications: Must hold qualifications in ANY Human Services or related field. Permanent full-time position, based at the Rockhampton Community Hub. About the Role - Make an Impact: As a Site Manager in the Community sector at NDVR, you'll manage the strategy and implementation overseeing the Community Access & Mobile Services for our clients living with disabilities. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying, implementing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of these various disability services, along with leading and guiding a large team of support workers. This is a fast-paced role requiring demonstrated skills in managing multiple areas and tasks daily. You'll be involved in building the community portfolio that drives growth within the Rockhampton region. This is a middle management role and a great opportunity for long-term growth. Why Join Us? Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or other related fields. Prior experience in the disability/aged care sector or similar. Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person-centred supports. Hold relevant compliance in NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, Police Check, and a valid driver's licence.
