Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Coordination of trades, materials, and suppliers in accordance with the plans, specifications, finishes and construction program Monitoring and managing labour on site and maintain schedule Liaising with regulatory bodies, designers, and clients Management of all aspects of Work, Health and Safety Manage the activities of site staff, sub-contractors, and trades suppliers Proactively facilitate consultation with all project stakeholders Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience running medium sized commercial construction projects Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standards Proficient in digital tools and technology Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work The Hutchies difference Hutchies has been building the structures in which Australians live, work, study, shop and play since 1912.
