About the role GrainCorp is looking to hire a Site Manager at our Lake Cargelligo site to manage the day-to-day operations of the site and staff. In this role, you will: Supervise a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate grain movement to optimize efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards. Prepare reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and compliance. Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community.
