A great opportunity to join a growing firm delivering Refurbishments and Fit-outs to clients across a number of States.The Site Manager would be responsible for delivering refurbishment projects in Rockhampton for 12 months commencing in mid- to late-February.You will need to hold: Cert 3 Trade Qualification Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment QBCC Site Supervisor license Ideally commercial Fitout experience and also new construction experience would be desirable. Experience: You will have 5+ years' experience in leading teams of construction trades. Prior experience of managing P&L. Strong client relationship skills, along with the ability to price-up and negotiate variations.
