Site Manager - Tier 1 Builder - North Adelaide ATLAS Recruitment have been engaged by a leading tier 1 builder that is well known as one of the most professional and forward-thinking builders in the market.The builder is already engaged in the defense precinct and has been asked to continue their fantastic work with the client due to their capabilities in this environment. The project is a $10-15M Extension & Refit of an existing structure.You could be a well-rounded Supervisor or Senior Supervisor looking to take on your first project as a Site Manager, or a Site Manager looking for a new challenge.Duties: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Oversee the delivery of high-quality work across the project. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards. Anticipate potential challenges and implement proactive solutions. Lead the site team and work with them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Requirements: Tier 1 or tier 2 commercial experience as a Site Supervisor or Manager (+5 years). Australian Citizen and able to obtain a police check clearance. Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects end to end. Trade qualifications or tertiary education.
