A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Builder to manage a $30 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney.The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $20 million to $100 million. You will be working on a $30 million industrial construction project. You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hand, reporting to a Project Manager. $200k to $230K package. Immediate start. Long term permanent opportunity. Western Sydney based site. 13 Flexible RDO's a year. The Company: An established Tier 2 Builder. T/0 $350 million. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager. This successful builder focuses on industrial construction projects. Projects between $20 million to $100 million. You will have: A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred. Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential. Industrial construction experience preferred, commercial construction highly considered. Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder. Experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects over $15 million with a Tier 2 Builder. A steady career history and previous site management background. Solid programming experience. Experience with Procore.
