We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate business activities at our Warwick site. In this full-time role, you will manage production operations, ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and promote sustainable employment outcomes for all employees. You will be integral to ensuring operations align with Endeavour Foundation’s mission, purpose, values, and organisational strategy.In this role you will also: Lead and coordinate site operations to ensure production efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Maximise employment opportunities for employees we support, in line with their NDIS goals. Ensure the site meets safety and operational standards, promoting a culture of Zero Harm. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Ensure financial sustainability through effective management of budgets and operational expenses. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including safety, quality, and reporting standards. What you can bring to the team You will bring a strong track record of managing large-scale operations, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your ability to coach and develop teams, combined with your commitment to achieving both operational and employment outcomes, will ensure the Warwick site thrives.You will also have: Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Business, Community or Social Service (not necessary but desirable). Formal training and/or demonstrated ability in operational management, with exposure to best practice principles in production environments. Financial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and ensure financial sustainability. Industry Knowledge with experience in commercial operations (e.g., packaging, manufacturing, recycling). Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License.
