Job Security: A well-established Tier 2 builder with a strong pipeline of Commercial projects. Locations: Brisbane-based roles with a focus on North Brisbane suburbs. Expertise: Delivering high-quality commercial projects with precision and excellence. Tier: A Tier 2 Commercial Builder with a reputation for reliability and innovation. Team: Professionals in construction, engineering, and project management who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results. Workplace Culture: A supportive environment that values employee growth, innovation, and teamwork. What will you bring? Trade qualification in building or construction, or relevant tertiary certifications. A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager , with a focus on commercial projects. Strong leadership and the ability to effectively coordinate teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, commercial construction sites, and relevant building codes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans. Experience in maintaining construction schedules and resolving on-site challenges. A commitment to workplace safety, with relevant training or certifications (e.g., WHS, First Aid).
