Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join the team. Our client is open to considering candidates with either Site Manager or Senior Site Manager experience, depending on your qualifications and background. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. If you're an experienced Site Manager ready to step into a Senior Site Manager role, this is your chance to take on greater responsibility and lead larger teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors, site labor, and trades to meet project deadlines. Program and monitor project works, ensuring critical path milestones are achieved. Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring work quality, budget adherence, and compliance with project specifications. Interpret and manage construction plans to ensure projects are executed as per the design and specifications. Prepare monthly progress reports and communicate with the Construction Manager & Project Manager regarding project status. Manage Quality Assurance and WHS on-site, conducting inductions for new site personnel. Negotiate with suppliers and manage the ordering of materials. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience & Qualifications: A trade or building-related qualification, with proven knowledge of the construction process. 3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role for Site Manager applicants; 5+ years for Senior Site Manager applicants. Experience in commercial interior, fit-out, or refurbishment projects is highly advantageous. Strong experience managing subcontractors and programming work schedules effectively. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality finish on each project. A highly organized, motivated team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. A passion for ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained on-site.
