The Opportunity As a Site Manager and Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing onsite construction operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and Transgrid’s safety and environment standards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in construction, testing and commissioning of transmission assets. You must be willing to spend a substantial time away from your base location, according to business needs. About you Relevant Electrical trade qualifications or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil), or equivalent. Knowledge of relevant WHS and environmental legislation Sound interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication) Knowledge of corporate drawings, design and management systems A current Australian Driver’s License. Supporting Skills and Qualifications (Desirable): Authorised under Transgrid’s Safety Rules to perform low voltage and high voltage switching or be willing to undergo training to obtain Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Projects.
