We are seeking a highly skilled Site Senior Executive (SSE) to lead, manage, and drive our health and safety program at the White Range Project, located near Cloncurry, QLD. About Us We are a private exploration company developing the White Range Project. With our site office in Cloncurry and head office in Brisbane, we employ both local and FIFO staff from across Queensland's east coast. As the SSE , you will be joining a dynamic and dedicated team, playing a critical leadership role in maintaining and enhancing the safety of our operations. The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include: Acting as the Site Senior Executive (SSE) for the White Range Project, overseeing the safety of multiple tenements (EPMs, MDLs, MLs) during active exploration activities. Driving continuous improvement in our safety management system, ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal obligations. Developing and executing an annual Exploration Safety Program of Work focused on managing critical risks. Engaging with government authorities and stakeholders in consultation with the Exploration Manager. Providing guidance to line managers and supervisors to promote health and safety awareness across the team. Leading by example and mentoring teams to uphold safety standards in remote working conditions. About You We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in health and safety within Queensland’s exploration and mining industry. To succeed in this role, you will need: Current SSE qualifications suitable for an exploration company with 20+ workers onsite. Extensive experience in exploration/mining workplace health and safety management. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with rural and Indigenous communities. Flexibility to travel regularly to Cloncurry (FIFO/DIDO). Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to mentoring teams. Mandatory Requirements: Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent). Current industry-standard medicals (or ability to obtain). National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months).
