We are currently seeking a safety-oriented Site Services Supervisor to join our team in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for physically contributing & overseeing the maintenance and optimization of site utilities, ensuring both reliability and adherence to regulatory standards. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Water & Wastewater Management Oversee the water usage efficiency within the facility, identifying and implementing conservation measures Monitor and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant, ensuring optimal performance and water quality Manage the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and operational efficiency Supervise and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices to ensure high productivity and efficiency across all plumbing tasks Safely coordinate and oversee all plumbing operations across multiple projects and operational sites, including residential, commercial, Agricultural & industrial sectors Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure current and future operational requirements are achieved Irrigation systems relevant to all disciplines Manage site Steam Boilers and Water Heaters to ensure availability, safety, and compliance Engage with maintenance teams and contractors to troubleshoot issues and implement preventative maintenance programs Compliance & Safety Ensure all utility operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations Maintain and update records for audits, regulatory reporting, and internal compliance purposes. Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures related to utility management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 3-5 year's experience in a similar role Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification essential Skillset in Refrigeration, Energy & Electrical Systems is highly regarded but not essential Experience managing a diverse team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Proven experience in utilities management within a manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater management, Reverse Osmosis systems and boilers Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Should the candidate have other skillsets such as an understanding of electrical systems, efficient measures, compliance regulations and O2 refrigeration knowledge, this would be looked upon favorably WHY JOIN US?
