The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be supported by a wealth of knowledge and an incredible team. As Site Supervisor, your new role will involve: Managing multiple construction sites throughout the South Western Corridor Ensuring work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures Coordinating and liaising with contractors and suppliers Ensuring projects run to schedule Providing construction progress updates and WHS reports to head office The Rewards Be the best you can be with the mentoring of your team Regular remuneration reviews and promotions Competitive base salary + brand new ute + phone + laptop You will ideally have the following criteria: Previous Supervisory experience delivering high-end custom homes mandatory Strong computer skills - Onsite Companion experience is essential Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously Longevity with previous employers - proven strong tenure Outgoing, friendly personality In the past 5 years, we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 14,000 people into meaningful employment .
