Job Description
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for residential construction? We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team at Shri Homes and oversee the construction of high-quality residential homes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations on residential building sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Plan and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries. Oversee projects are in alignment with stamped drawings and specifications. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Ensure project administration, including site diaries and WIP updates, is consistent and concise across all building works. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure the site runs efficiently by troubleshooting any problems that arise and implementing effective solutions. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor of 4+ years in residential building projects. A building related trade background or tertiary qualification in building and construction (or related discipline) is essential. A collaborative, team-focused approach with a client-first mindset. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Construction White card and Victorian Drivers licence.
