Opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to deliver a beautiful class 2 residential project on the south coast valued at circa $70M + for a well-renowned building head contractor. Your new company: My client is a mid Tier Head Contractor that has been standing strong for the last 20 years and growing, specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Your new role: You will be joining a well-established team on a high-profile project on the South Coast. The project is procured and resourced well, within budget and program, working for a major developer. Working closely with your Senior Foreman and reporting to your Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all finishes trades from roughing in and services through to final handover. This will involve, and not be limited to, adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and managing all site personnel, and implementing all site OH&S.
