Site Supervisor - Subdivisions - Civil Contractor A market leading Civil contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Subdivisions to join their growing business in the Ipswich to Brisbane region . As the Site Supervisor , you’ll be responsible for managing on-site programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and supervision of all technical aspects of the project. Our client is looking for a Supervisor with subdivision experience, delivering mostly residential subdivisions from smaller up to $100m+. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Previous experience in site supervision on subdivision projects Exceptional individual and team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to mentor leading hands, plant operators, and labourers An ability to manage and achieve client objectives High level planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical expertise Understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment Relationship management, conflict management and resolution, and problem-solving expertise, with an ability to think outside the box A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years’ management experience on civil construction projects, with subdivision experience Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations High level of organisation and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on “Apply” to submit your resume.
