Job Description
This multi-award winning luxury residential home builder has spent more than 20 years building homes throughout South East Queensland. Their experience and skill in residential building has meant they have designed, developed and built some of the most unique and prestigious homes. Due to continuing growth and a solid pipeline of work ahead, they are looking to appoint a new Site Supervisor to run builds across the Sunshine Coast region. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, your day-to-day duties will include the following: Overseeing the construction of multiple custom homes ($750K-$1.5M). Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents. Negotiating with sub-contractors and coordinating their presence on site. Scheduling and coordinating trades on job sites. Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery. Being the main point of contact for clients on site. The ideal Site Manager will have the following skills and attributes: A trade qualification in carpentry (or similar). A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a construction or site manager, delivering custom built homes in South East Queensland. Initiative and the ability to work autonomously. Passion for residential construction. Drive and ambition to grow as an individual within the company. Proactive attitude. Proficient in Companion or similar. Stable work history with good recent references. A fantastic salary package including vehicle, tablet and phone is on offer.
