Who we are looking for: Our busy operation always has something going on and our company’s attention to detail is never compromising; we don’t rest until everything is perfect for our clients. From time to time that means that we need to undertake repairs, replace elements of our installations as per the warranties that we offer, and get hands-on with our own product to make sure that our clients are satisfied. We now have an opening for a handyman/hands-on technician to join our business and attend some of Melbourne’s most beautiful offices to ensure that all repairs and installations are completed perfectly. What you will be doing: This role has 2 parts: 1. The Administrative (please don’t stress, nothing overly complicated is expected here): Undertake quotes for our clients and make sure they are entered into our system; Once a job is confirmed, create a job file in our system so that we all have visibility of what is being done and when; At the completion of smaller work projects, create the invoice, have it approved and then send it to the client; 2. The hands-on and technical: Attend our client sites and physically perform repair works that meet our warranties; Trouble-shoot and perform repairs for accidental damages that may occur to our products; Ensure that all Schiavello safety, cleanliness, and client-engagement protocols are followed to ensure that our clients are satisfied.
