Manage lending and product requests for small business customers. Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority. Provide holistic business solutions to your portfolio of clients and those newly introduced. Manage customer portfolio risk and compliance. Work as part of a local banking team supporting local business customers. Autonomously manage your operating rhythm to optimise effectiveness. What You’ll Bring: A genuine passion for customer service. Demonstrated experience in a lending role. Experience in managing customer relationships and the credit process. A strong financial/business acumen. Problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Tertiary qualifications in business are preferred.
