Manage direct banking and proprietary lending, and utilise your Broker connections in retaining and growing a portfolio of existing small business customers in conjunction with acquiring new business. In this Small Business Banker role, you will: Build professional relationships with Business Partners Manage direct banking/proprietary lending and product requests for small business customers Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority Provide holistic business solutions to your portfolio of clients and those newly introduced Manage customer portfolio risk and compliance Work as part of a local banking team supporting local business customers Autonomously manage your operating rhythm to optimise effectiveness What you’ll bring: A genuine passion for customer service Demonstrated experience in a lending role Experience in managing customer relationships and the credit process A strong financial/business acumen Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
