With an increase in projects across the board they are seeking the services of an experienced Business Analyst for a 6 month contract. The project is a Strategic Business Transformation & Procurement Project with a particular focus on Supplier Panel Model Implementation and involves Process Optimization, Fee Structure Review, and Change Management. The skills and attributes you will bring to the role include: Skill Set Required Financial & Cost-Benefit Analysis (for fee structure review) Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Excellent stakeholder management skills would be good! Process Mapping & Future State Organizational Design The KPI and Goals Related to the Position and upon which your performance will be measured include: Development of a Comprehensive Business Case detailing the panel model, implementation options, and impact assessment Definition of the Future State Organizational & Service Design Cost-Benefit Analysis (upfront and ongoing costs) Establishment of Supplier KPIs & Relationship Management Framework Risk Analysis & Mitigation Strategy for Implementation Change Management Plan that Ensures Smooth Transition (supporting the CM) Implementation Roadmap with Timelines & Resource Requirements (supporting the PM) Additional Considerations Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment with internal and external parties Regulatory & Compliance Considerations Technology & Data Requirements for managing supplier panels If this role sounds like one that would look good on your resume I encourage you to apply immediately.
