The Role As we continue to expand our digital presence and engage with our franchisees and members in innovative ways, we are seeking a dynamic and curious Social & Content Manager to join our team. As the Social & Content Manager for Anytime Fitness, you will play an integral role in helping execute data-driven marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, increase franchisee and customer engagement, and enhance the overall online presence and awareness of our brand. You will collaborate closely with both the Support Office team and franchisees, utilising digital tools, analytics, and social media platforms to create meaningful connections with our audience. Supporting the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be hands-on and help guide campaigns, create content, and analyse data to track success and continuously optimise our digital efforts. Your role will be essential in driving the success of our digital initiatives, leveraging insights to improve marketing strategies, and contributing to the growth of Anytime Fitness on a national scale. Responsibilities Digital Marketing Campaigns & Strategy Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display ads. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to develop strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience. Ensure franchisee-specific campaigns are tailored to local markets while maintaining brand consistency. Social Media Management & Engagement Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) with a focus on engagement, content creation, and growing the brand’s online community. Implement social media strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and convert followers into members. Monitor social media trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to ensure Anytime Fitness stays ahead of the curve. Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and proactively engage with the audience to build an active and loyal community. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand reach. SEO & SEM Optimisation Support SEO efforts to enhance organic search rankings and visibility. Assist with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) to increase leads and conversions, using data-driven insights to maximise ROI. Collaboration & Support Work closely with internal teams (design, content, product) and franchisees to ensure marketing assets are aligned with campaign goals. Support Brand Team on brand campaigns, ensuring alignment across owned and paid channels. Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees in their local digital marketing efforts, helping them understand analytics, reporting, and content strategies. Social Content Creation & Copywriting Develop and execute a social content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and audience insights. Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for various digital platforms (including written, visual, and video content). Collaborate with design and video teams and Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency across all assets. Stay ahead of trends to incorporate innovative and platform-specific content formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn articles, etc.). Own content strategy on our AF App, creating engaging content that drives community conversation. Market Research & Trends Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, fitness industry developments, and emerging technologies. Research and identify new opportunities to enhance digital marketing performance, from social media tools to data-driven strategies. Social Analytics & Performance Optimisation Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, audience insights, etc.) to inform strategy. Use social scheduling tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, etc.) to derive actionable insights. Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation, including ROI analysis and customer acquisition costs. Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring strategies are data-driven and results-oriented. Other Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as required Demonstrate personal commitment to living the Collective Wellness Group principles: Own It, See It, Feel It, Do It, Together Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably within the fitness or health industry Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Experience with data analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook/META Insights Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Highly organised with a detail-oriented mindset Knowledge of franchise marketing and working with franchisees is a plus Proficiency with email marketing platforms e.g. Mailchimp Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms e.g. WordPress The Perks We Practice What We Preach, You Will Be Supported Every Day To Live An Active And Healthy Lifestyle, In a Fun And Passionate Working Environment.
