We're looking for our next Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney! If you're passionate about beauty and everything social media, then this role is for you! Roles & Responsibilities You will ideate, develop and execute content strategy for MONDAY Haircare. This means ideating brand campaigns in alignment with the brand marketing team objectives. Working with the creative team to visually concept campaigns, agree on creative direction and manage creative delivery. Review creative team edits, provide feedback and liaise with relevant Marketing Manager & brand lead for campaign approval. Work with Marketing Managers to support with localisation requests and adaptations. Work with the Digital Team to understand content & campaign performance, adapt assets for improved media results and apply principles of continuous improvement to inform content/deliverable decisions moving forward. Manage MONDAY Haircare Brand Owned Channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, EDM, and Website by driving growth and engagement with creative, best-in-class organic content. Execute regular reporting and content analysis, reporting back to the marketing team on learnings & opportunities for improvement. Remain at the forefront of emerging trends and platforms. Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team on all content strategy objectives & execution to ensure they support wider marketing objectives and goals. Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth of the MONDAY Content team, including establishing processes that empower team members to work efficiently, focus on continuous improvement and be a valuable resource to the wider MONDAY team. Manage workflow of the team in accordance with wider business priorities. Set creative benchmarking and standards of excellence expected for MONDAY Haircare content by frequently conducting competitive content and platform reviews to ensure ZURU stays on the pulse of creative excellence. Skills & Experience Relevant years of experience in the content and social media space. You are a social media enthusiast, passionate, driven, creative, and excited about new things and tactics! You studied Marketing, Business, Creative or equivalent; or have continuously up-skilled yourself in the space. You are digitally savvy, keep up with trends, and are always thinking of ways to improve the way we do things. Paid and Organic content strategy and execution experience required. Experience creating and editing vertical video, preferably with experience using platforms including InShot and Adobe Illustrator. Strong ability to develop efficient briefs for design and digital teams. Ability to draft clever short form social media copy. Experience developing social earned social media strategy. Experience working on large scale brand campaigns – briefing and managing external agencies, overseeing deliverables, shot lists. You have managed social media pages before (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). You are excited to contribute to our fun and vibrant office culture!
