Since launching in 2020, we’ve built a cult following and are proud to be one of Australia’s fastest-growing activewear brands for mums . 2025 is shaping up to be big , and we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Social & Growth Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level. This role will also play a critical role in helping us launch an exciting new sister brand later this year. While details are still under wraps, this is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping and growing a brand from the ground up , working closely with the founder to craft and execute a powerful go-to-market strategy. Position Summary: This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer who balances data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling and community engagement . We’re looking for someone that is hungry, passionate and hard working. You love refreshing dashboards, analysing performance data, and optimising campaigns to maximise engagement and revenue. The second you spot an insight, you're actioning it—whether it's tweaking a paid ad, adjusting an email flow, or refining a content strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in growth marketing, social media, email/SMS marketing, and paid ads (Meta & Google) , with a passion for growing an engaged, loyal community while driving measurable business results . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across social media, email marketing, and paid ads. Track and optimise key performance metrics to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI. A/B test content, email flows, and ads to refine and scale what works. Stay on top of trends, platforms, and algorithm changes to continuously test, learn, and adapt . Own and execute the social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Create and post engaging, high-performing content , including video, graphics, and user-generated content (UGC). Grow and engage our Facebook VIP group and Instagram community , fostering strong brand loyalty. Develop and manage a brand ambassador/influencer program to amplify reach. Plan and execute email & SMS campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, automation, and conversion. Continuously refine email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to maximise customer retention and revenue. Integrate data-driven insights to improve engagement and drive repeat purchases. Manage and optimise Meta & Google advertising campaigns with the help of agency partners we work with. Track ad performance and improve ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition. Work closely with the rest of the team to develop high-converting ad assets. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Experience) We’re looking for a highly analytical, performance-driven growth marketer with a strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies. ️ Minimum 3+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing. ️ Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to optimise for engagement, conversion, and revenue. ️ Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ideally Klaviyo) and SMS marketing. ️ Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite). ️ Experience with social media scheduling tools & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). ️ Ability to plan, execute, and report on multi-channel campaigns. Highly Regarded (but not essential): Experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads. Experience with Shopify & e-commerce platforms . Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.
