About the role: We are seeking a creative and solution-focused leader to innovate and inspire a social team working within Community Services. Your role will be responsible for the management and supervision of the community social programs to deliver social experiences that enable people to live Good Lives by connecting with their community through experiences that match their interests. Whether people have a passion for art, love to sing in choirs or enjoy exploring the local community, there's a group experience to match their interests. The successful candidate will proactively support the Head of Social to achieve the divisional and organisational objectives, goals and outcomes, along with: Embedding a customer centric organisation Implementing a sustainable social program that enhances connection to community, re-establishes or creates valued roles, assists to challenge the stereotypes of ageing Leading continuous quality improvement strategies, including reviewing systems and processes Leading and mentoring the Social Team to deliver a Good Lives informed Social Program About you! You will have the ability to influence whilst building solid relationships with all stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, are confident, articulate, and innovative together with: Outstanding communication and relationship building skills Experience in leading and implementing change Demonstrated ability to mentor others and create sustainable changes to service delivery Post Grad/ Degree level qualifications or significant experience in a similar role Exceptional communication skills Experience in developing financially sustainable business opportunities A Drivers Licence A satisfactory police clearance for working in aged care less than 12 months old before commencement.
