Are you passionate about social media, content creation and all things marketing? Do you have a knack for driving engagement and love working in a team environment? Branwell Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing & Admin Assistant to amplify our brand across various digital platforms and provide support to our Managing Director. About the role: We are seeking a permanent part-time Marketing & Admin Assistant who is enthusiastic about enhancing customer experience and driving social engagement. This role involves close collaboration with the Managing Director. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include: Content Creation: Develop, repurpose and manage content across all social media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals. Social Media Management: Oversee our social media platforms, craft engaging posts, and analyse performance to grow our online presence. Agent Interaction: Handle agent queries and ensure outstanding service across all digital interactions. About you: At Branwell, we work as a team! We are looking for proactive and driven individuals who can lead by example and demonstrate high enthusiasm and commitment. Our culture is tongue-in-cheek, fun, and sometimes a little silly, and our primary focus is providing the best customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven background in social media management and content creation, with strong analytical skills to track performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. High-energy, creative, and quick-thinking, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and fast-paced changes. A good sense of humour is a must—we take art (but not ourselves) seriously. Genuine enthusiasm for creating engaging content and a love for arts would be a great addition.
