Are you passionate about social media, community building, and making finance fun and accessible? She’s on the Money is looking for a Social Media Assistant to help us engage with our incredible community and support our growing digital presence. If you love all things social media, pop culture, and empowering people with financial education, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Community Engagement & Social Media Support Be the first port of call for all community inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Respond to Instagram comments, DMs, and messages in our broadcast channel, ensuring followers feel heard and supported. Manage and moderate discussions in the She’s on the Money Facebook Group , fostering positive and constructive conversations. Assist with community interaction in our course platform , ensuring students feel engaged and supported in their learning journey. Monitor and flag important community trends, requests, and feedback to the wider team. Provide timely and professional responses to questions about She’s on the Money courses, content, and resources. Internal Communication & Content Support Work closely with the content team to ensure community feedback and questions inform our content strategy. Assist in coordinating responses between community members and internal stakeholders (e.g., finance experts, customer service, and content creators). Identify engagement opportunities and contribute ideas for content that resonates with our audience. Stay across trending topics and pop culture moments to keep our content fresh, engaging, and relevant. On-Site & Hybrid Work Responsibilities Attend team meetings and content planning sessions at our Melbourne office . Support the team with in-office community and content tasks , ensuring seamless collaboration. Assist in coordinating community-driven events, meet-ups, and activations as needed. What We’re Looking For: Social Media Enthusiast – You’re active on social media and understand what makes content engaging. Strong Communicator – You can write in a friendly, engaging, and professional tone that aligns with our brand voice. Organised & Proactive – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Community-Driven – You love interacting with people and creating positive experiences in digital spaces. Problem-Solver – You can quickly assess community needs and escalate issues when necessary. Melbourne-Based – You’re available for hybrid work, with some in-office days each week. Interest in Finance & Pop Culture – While financial expertise isn’t required, a passion for making finance accessible is a huge plus! Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have): Experience in social media management, customer service, or community engagement. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Groups, or community management tools. Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva, caption writing, or video editing).
