Join to apply for the Social Media Manager - Contract role at Gybe Consulting . About Our Client Gybe Consulting is partnering with a prominent name in convenience retail. With an extensive retail footprint of over 400 stores nationally, this role will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing a wide range of materials for brand, product, and community-based campaigns. Role Responsibilities Plan, produce, and deliver high-quality content for all social media platforms, online communities, and EDMs. Work with the marketing manager to create compelling copy and attractive visuals for Meta advertising campaigns. Continue to grow brand awareness, customer loyalty, engagement, and most importantly, the consumer community. Communicate with followers and similar accounts across all platforms to help build brand engagement, interaction, and trust. Manage all collaborations with brands, influencers, and content creators. Consistently research and stay ahead of the trend curve to ensure that the business is always delivering relevant content across all platforms. Collaborate with the wider marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Execute store openings and Local Area Marketing Social Media campaigns. Report key insights and analytics to the Marketing Manager monthly or on request. Personal Attributes You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role. You will have a deep understanding of the current social media landscape, including current trends. You will have exemplary communication and copywriting skills. You will have experience in developing visual content for all social media platforms. You will have a portfolio of relevant work and examples of successful social media posts/campaigns that you have created for brands previously. You will have strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organization skills. What’s On Offer Initial 3-month contract with permanent job potential for high performance.
