What You’ll Do: Own the Strategy & Execution – Plan, create, and deliver standout content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook, while keeping an eye on emerging platforms. Create Must-Watch Social Series – From motoring to travel, style, and drinks, develop unique series that capture the Boss Hunting vibe and supercharge existing content. Manage & Execute Campaigns – Work with the commercial team to blend paid and organic content seamlessly. Engage & Build Community – Grow, connect, and interact with our audience like a pro. Analyse & Optimise – Track performance, pull insights, and fine-tune strategies for max impact. Collaborate & Elevate – Work closely with our editorial and production teams to keep content fresh, on-brand, and ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years in social media, content creation, or a similar role. Experience in video production & editing (iPhone/CapCut is great, DSLR/Premiere Pro is a plus). A social trend-spotter with a strong understanding of platforms, tools & analytics. A creative mindset with a killer portfolio to back it up. Sharp storytelling & attention to detail in copywriting. Super organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects (very important). An interest in all things men's lifestyle (cars, watches, travel, wellness, style, tech, food & drinks) is a bonus.
