Create visually appealing posts, captions, and stories that align with the brand’s voice. Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain consistency and relevance. Posting & Scheduling Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing for maximum engagement. Monitor and update content based on performance insights and trends. Short-Form Video Creation Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels) that resonate with the target audience. Stay updated on trending audio, challenges, and formats to boost engagement. Community Engagement & Growth Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Monitor discussions and brand mentions, ensuring positive brand perception. Analytics & Strategy Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities. Must Haves This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. Expertise as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Strong writing and content creation skills. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer). Experience in creating and editing short-form videos (e.g., using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush). Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. Excellent communication and community management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
