Sevenoaks Catering and Sevenoaks Foods are passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences. Sevenoaks Catering specializes in creating memorable spreads for corporate and special events, while Sevenoaks Foods brings convenient, high-quality snack options to families through a growing network of stockists. We’re seeking a creative and food-loving Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis, working 2 days per week, to help grow and maintain our online presence across both brands. About the Role: As our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our delicious offerings, connects with our audiences, and drives brand awareness. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone passionate about food, with a creative flair and a knack for storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts for Sevenoaks Catering and Sevenoaks Foods across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain a consistent visual and brand identity for both brands. Capture and edit photos/videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. Manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, including designing templates and writing content. Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Monitor social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, such as promotions and giveaways. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement fresh content ideas. Stay up to date with trends in food, social media, and marketing. About You: Passionate about food and storytelling. Proven experience in managing social media accounts (portfolio or examples of work is a plus). Skilled in photography, video editing, and content creation. Knowledge of Mailchimp and LinkedIn marketing is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
