Job Description Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operations Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Encourage creativity and risk-taking Suggest and organize team building activities Responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media communications, including advertisements Use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop the Client’s overall social media presence Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Job Requirements Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Experience Needed: +5 years Excellent experience in media buying with achievements across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Ads) Target-oriented and able to generate a large number of leads Previous experience in the Gulf area is preferable Agency experience is a must In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Good PC skills, especially in MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
