We are seeking a volunteer with a passion to give back in their community of South West Sydney by visiting an elderly gentleman living in care. Our client would like to meet a 'mate' who also has an interest in rugby league, visiting to go for a walk or sit and have a cuppa and a chat. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
