76 hours per fortnight Full Time, Permanent ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River. ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services. Applications are sought from suitably qualified Social Workers to work in the Wellbeing and Primary Mental Health department at Echuca Regional Health. Key responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive and responsive Social Work service to patients, their families and significant others Recognise and report signs and symptoms of abuse, neglect and or exploitation Track and evaluate outcomes for referrals to support work flow Actively support service co-ordination principles across ERH services, particularly in the Community Services division Complete and participate in mandatory professional and regulatory accreditation programs Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice Qualifications/experience required: Bachelor or Masters of Social Work Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
