Position Purpose: Maintain and enhance legacy systems for 12 months, ensuring they remain robust and functional while integrating modern functionality as needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update existing codebases to ensure system stability. Debug and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Document legacy code and processes to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and technologies. Participate in afterhours release process if required (minimal). Proficiency in programming languages: VB6, VB.Net, C# (Desktop App) ASP.NET, React, Node.JS (Web Portals) MS SQL Server 2016 Strong understanding of legacy system architectures and frameworks. Experience with database management systems and technologies relevant to legacy applications. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within old codebases.
