Base Pay Range A$100.00/hr - A$130.00/hr Job Opportunity: Engineering Delivery Lead Clearance Required: NV1 Contract Duration: ASAP – 30 June 2025 (with possible extension) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to play a critical role in the CA33 project within the Battle Management System . This position requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in project delivery , project management principles , and a deep understanding of development methodologies . If you're ready to take on the challenge of driving the software engineering team, coordinating with external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes, we want to hear from you. As an integral part of the project, you will oversee the application, integration, and development of cyber and software frameworks, specifically aligned with NIST/Essential 8 . Your expertise will directly influence the successful delivery of the project, including facilitating daily stand-ups and managing various aspects of project timelines, resources, and communication. Role Requirements: NV1 Security Clearance required DSS Level 3 Engineer (meeting Qualification, Autonomy, Influence, Complexity, and Business Requirements (DSS Deed v1.0)) Ability to work with ITAR material Other Key Considerations: Knowledge and experience within the Capability Lifecycle (CLC) Strong background in Product development and delivery (e.g., SDLC ) Familiarity with Testing and Evaluation (coordination and strategy) Experience in Engineering requirements traceability and management Expertise in generating and reviewing Engineering documentation (e.g., FMS , TEMP , CMP , OCD , etc.) Why Join Us?
