About the Role: They are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with a passion for building robust, scalable applications. In this hybrid/remote role, you'll work on healthcare-related projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery. Experience with DevOps practices is a bonus, and proficiency in AWS, serverless architectures, CI/CD tools, VueJS, and React Native will be highly valued. Skills and Experience Ruby on Rails Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and coding standards. AWS & Serverless: Utilise AWS services and serverless architectures to build scalable and efficient solutions. CI/CD: Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Frontend Development: Work with VueJS and React Native to develop engaging and user-friendly interfaces. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails development. Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems and applications is a plus. DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a bonus. AWS & Serverless: Strong understanding of AWS services and serverless computing. CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices. Frontend Technologies: Experience with VueJS and React Native.
